Tennis and Golfer's Elbow

What Is It?
Tennis and golfer's elbow are overuse injuries affecting the tendons 
of the forearm. Despite the names, they affect anyone who performs 
repetitive arm and wrist movements.

Symptoms
Pain and tenderness on the outer elbow (tennis) or inner elbow 
(golfer's), weak grip, and pain with wrist movement or gripping.

Causes & Diagnosis
Caused by repetitive strain and overuse of forearm tendons. 
Diagnosed through resistance testing and palpation of the 
affected tendons.
