Chiropractic & Wellness Services

Individual appointments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Service Packages & Prepaid Plans

Prepaid service packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with another individual.

If you purchased a package and wish to cancel before completing all sessions, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus any applicable administrative fee.

Refund requests for packages must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, unused sessions may be converted to office credit at our discretion.
Products & Supplements

Products purchased in-office or through our website may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, unopened condition for a full refund.

Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety standards.

Defective or damaged products will be exchanged or refunded in full — please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Gift Cards & Promotional Offers

Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will not be retroactively applied to prior transactions.
